Our Approach

We work with organisations directly to provide a tailored approach to the support and wellbeing of their staff. Every organisation — and its level of trauma-exposure — is unique. That’s why Trauma Treatment International provides customised training and counselling services to help support both staff and victims of violence and trauma.

If you would like to self-assess your organisation, we have provided online resources and a toolkit below to help guide the conversation.
