Our newly appointed trustee Abdulkadir Mohamed has committed his career to supporting the mental health of the most vulnerable, both in the UK and in his homeland of Somalia.

We support those involved in strategic litigation by providing psychological services to maximise the impact of litigation efforts. This means providing psychological and evidence-based support to enable individuals to effectively participate in legal procedures and provide reliable witness testimony.

TTI has been awarded a three-year grant to work with London-based survivors of hostage situations, torture, state persecution and war, along with the organisations which support them.

Ten UK organisations have joined forces to create the Trauma Informed Hosting Coalition, aimed at supporting victims of trauma being hosted in the UK and those around them. 

Hosts of Ukrainian refugees and the support workers involved in their care are invited to free training sessions designed to help them become more trauma aware.

Through two concerted Crowdfunder campaigns, TTI has raised more than £50,000 to provide trauma treatment to Afghan women who fled the Taliban, and help them forge new fulfilling lives in the UK and elsewhere.
